a non-refundable deposit is required for booking. to avoid fees, any Cancellations/Rescheduling must be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. If you are going to be late note I have a 10 min grace period. after 10min your appointment will be cancelled and the card on file will be charged 50% of service cost.
